Claim Procedure

Authorization must be obtained prior to the replacement of any tire, and/or prior to any repair or replacement of any wheel report of any incident must be made within 48 hours. For authorization and instructions, please call (800) 242-7316; for roadside assistance call (800) 221-8062.

 

In the event that the damage occurs and repairs must be taken care of after our regular business hours or during a weekend, you must call our claims center on the next business day to report your claim. Claim will then be processed under normal claim procedures.”
