When Should I File a Claim

To determine if a claim should be initiated, review your warranty certificate for an explanation of the coverage for product(s) purchased. If a claim is warranted, file it using any of the methods described below.

However, if you are experiencing a problem that routine maintenance is not correcting and you have questions as to whether or not the coverage is applicable, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department toll free at (800)453-8470 to have your questions and/or concerns addressed.

Before filing a claim, it is important that you have:


  • • Your contact information
  • • A copy of your warranty displaying your Warranty Number
  • • Detailed information about the vehicle (i.e. year, make, model, exterior & interior color, etc.)
  • • Date of occurrence of damage or when damage was noticed
  • • Description of the cause and location of damage
  • • Explanation of any attempts to remedy the damage

All claims will be forwarded to the Warranty Administration Department for
validation and review.
