Singapore now has a 15-story building that is filled with luxury vehicles including Ferraris, Bentleys, and Porsches that is a direct reflection of a vending machine.
The cars belong to Autobahn, a used car seller that recently opened in Singapore. The company explained that they built the tower upward instead of outward in order to save space. General Manager of Autobahn Motors, Gary Hong, said “We needed to meet our requirement of storing a lot of cars. At the same time, we wanted to be creative and innovate.”
The tower is now being identified as the world’s largest luxury vehicle vending machine and has about 60 different slots within it.
If a customer is interested in purchasing one of the cars, they can use a touchscreen at the ground level that allows them to look through the cars. When they find a car that they are interested in, they can select the car and it will appear before them in under two minutes.
Although the concept of a luxury vehicle vending machine might sound fairly absurd, there are already others in Japan and the United States. In fact, San Antonio, Texas currently has one of its own.
