The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is a charitable event held in Carmel, California every August that features hundreds of incredible collector cars.
The cars are judged and given awards based on factors like authenticity, history, style, and more. Every year, car collectors and car manufacturers alike come to show off their most luxurious vehicles. This year, more than 20,000 people made their way to the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and it did not disappoint.
1937 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B Touring Berlinetta
The “Best of Show” prize at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is one of the most coveted auto awards in the world. An 80-year-old Alfa Romeo took it home this year thanks to its elegant design and fine art deco details that set it apart from the rest.
2019 BMW Z4 M40i
BMW enthusiasts were thrilled to see the new Z4 that BMW is releasing soon show up at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Although it features a design that seems to stray from what people may have expected from BMW, it packs plenty of power. It features BMW’s B58 3.0-liter turbocharged I6 engine that can create 382 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful BMWs ever.
1958 Ferrari 250 GT LWB Scaglietti Spyder California
It’s rare to find a Ferrari from this time so it was incredible to see one in such pristine condition at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. It was one of the most powerful cars on the road back in the 1950s and its design makes it every bit as stylish today as when it was first made.
Audi PB18 e-tron
Audi is releasing an Audi e-tron SUV in September, but they whipped up a special all-electric hypercar specifically for those attending the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance to see. It includes everything from a slick shooting-brake body style to a trio of electric motors that can churn out 670 horsepower.
